The IEEE Egypt GOLD is an IEEE affinity group that encourages the participation of young engineers in promoting the engineering community, fosters real communication between the university and the industry and enhances skills needed for better performance in the professional world. GOLD has started in Egypt since 6 years and prior to its fast and confident paces it is now the most active branch in the IEEE region 8, which includes Europe, Africa, and Asia.

We are a leading authority in a broad range of areas such as computer engineering, electric power, aerospace and consumer electronics, biomedical technology, and telecommunications, naming only a few.
