The Support Team
From a young age Mohamad Kotob was fascinated by virtual worlds and how we interact with fictional stories and video games. This passion led him to become a self-taught game developer early in his youth, and eventually pursue a full-time career as a game programmer.
Kotob has worked professionally in various low-level disciplines of game programming including: online multiplayer, graphics shaders, custom physics, sound design, backend systems, and others.
Kotob has helped develop games for numerous platforms, including desktop, mobile, consoles, HTML5 web, social messenger games, and single-chip processors.
His academic education and graduate work in Econometric research has allowed him to leverage his knowledge of data analysis in game analytics.
Since 2018, he has been working as a Lead Programmer at Groovy Antoid, where he manages the technical aspect of game development across their teams.
Beside his professional work, Kotob works on several incubating side projects, collaborates in game jams, and contributes to open-source software.
